With your humanist philosophies, I'd like to think you'd approve of the idea behind Valentine's Day, that one day dedicated to encouraging and celebrating romantic love and affection.
This is it, the final days before V-Day. If you haven't gotten a gift to give your special someone yet, you've got till 4PM today to order one on the website (for next day delivery). Otherwise you're just going to have to come into our store and pick something up in person. Or even better, bring your sweetheart in with you and pick out a gift together! If it's lingerie, they can try it on to be sure it fits perfectly while if it's a toy, you can check out all the options, types, colors, materials, speeds, etc. to be sure it's a toy that will please you both in every way. If you're not local, or don't have time to get into the store, your one remaining option is to get a Gift Certificate. They're always the right size & the perfect shape and they'll be delivered at the speed of light, or your internet connection, whichever is slower.
We've got wonderful new items up on the website. Some, like the Liberators (soft cushioned shapes to put your body into a better position for sex), have been available in the brick & mortar stores for years, while others, like the Reflections (vibrating glass toys that look and feel wonderful) are brand new on the market. For those of you worried about the environment, don't worry, we've got you covered with beautifully carved wood toys from NobEssence and the Earth Angel Massager that winds up just like an emergency radio. Now you can have your pleasure and protect the planet at the same time!
Some things happily seem to never end. The Review Contest ended last week but the reviews keep coming in! We've had two new reviews show up! The Breeze Power Bullet and the Vibratex Rosebud received reviews this past week and we love it! It's great knowing that folks out there like our toys as much as we do.
It'll be no surprise to my regular readers that I'm all in favor of Valentine's Day (it is my middle name after all) given that the usual closing of my weekly post is all about ways to get closer to your sweetheart and show them your love & appreciation. So today I'm going to suggest opening up to someone you've admired from afar but never admitted your secret crush. No matter how impossible it seems, how sure you are that they could never return your feelings, or how devastated you'd be if you heard they didn't have feelings for you in return, the only thing worse than rejection is the ongoing suffering of not knowing. Everyone likes being told that someone thinks they're special so take that chance and open up to them. Maybe you'll be rejected, but at least you'll know and can move on. Maybe, even if they don't return your feelings, they'll understand anyway and it'll develop into a wonderful friendship. And just maybe they've been feeling the same but didn't have the courage to tell you first and together you'll find sweet love. Good Luck!
