Identify activators and deactivators, as well as potential trauma triggers and how to communicate them.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWitness demonstrations and engage in group discussions, as well as paired sharing, leaving with concrete tools and strategies for solo and partnered exploration. Introverts, extroverts and ambiverts welcome!
