Packaging

To protect your privacy, all shipments from Friskybusinessboutique.com will be in plain packaging. The return address will be:

Domestic Shipping

We ship by USPS Priority Mail. All packages will originate from North Carolina, and shipping time will depend on your distance from NC. USPS Priority Mail usually delivers 2-3 days from ship date. We will make all efforts to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of placement except on Saturday and Sunday. If items are out of stock, we will contact you before shipping.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. Please visit us again in the future, as we intend to offer it soon.

Backorders

We attempt to keep all of our offered items in stock at all times. However, if an item is backordered at the time of your order, we will contact you immediately. If we have comparable items, we will offer a substitution, or if you wish to, you may cancel your order. Otherwise, we will ship your backordered item(s) as soon as they arrive. Returns

At Frisky Business Boutique, your satisfaction is our highest priority. However, due to the unique nature of our products, our return policy is highly restrictive, and it is slightly different for purchases made in the store versus online. Please read this carefully before making your purchase.

Frisky Business Boutique physical store return policy:

We are unable to accept returns for exchange or refund due to the uniquely intimate nature of our products. We do offer a fitting room for lingerie, and we will, with your permission, remove toys from their packaging in order to confirm that they work and that they are what you expect them to be, prior to your taking them home. Our vendors warranty their products for defects for a minimum of 30 days. If you need manufacturer return information, please call or email support@friskystore.com.

Toys — We are unable to accept returns on intimate toys. All vibrating toys will be tested with batteries before shipping to make sure they work to prevent our shipping you a defective toy. If the factory packaging does not permit our opening it without causing damage, we will replace unused defects returned to us within 30 days. All of our vendors warranty their products for defects for a minimum of 30 days. If you need manufacturer return information, please email support@friskystore.com.

Lingerie — Size charts are presented when available, but we understand that purchasing online can be uncertain in regards to size. We recommend that lingerie purchases be tried on for fit immediately upon delivery. Please do not try on panties or teddies without something between your body and the new item, for example another panty. Within 14 days we will exchange or refund for returned merchandise based on fit, as long as the item has not been worn beyond having been tried on. All merchandise will be examined upon return, and credit will be denied if the garment shows signs of wear. These include, but are not limited to: unreasonable stretching, staining (including deodorant staining), tearing of seams, body odor. All tags must still be attached to the garment.

Panties, hosiery, and stretch-to-fit items, including stockings and bodystockings, cannot be returned.

All other products are non-returnable.

Packages returned as refused will be subject to $5 restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please email support@friskystore.com for return authorization (RA). All returns must be pre-approved. Returns must be shipped to Frisky Business Boutique at customer’s expense; however, replacement merchandise will be shipped at FBB’s expense.
