Identify activators and deactivators, as well as potential trauma triggers and how to communicate them.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWitness demonstrations and engage in group discussions, as well as paired sharing, leaving with concrete tools and strategies for solo and partnered exploration. Introverts, extroverts and ambiverts welcome! No one will be required to engage in any aspect of this workshop without their consent, including the sharing activities. \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePart I will be focused on individuals and Part II on partnered exploration. While not mandatory, it is highly suggested to attend both classes, as they will build off each other. You are not required to attend with a partner(s) to participate in Part II.
