At Frisky Business Boutique, your satisfaction is our highest priority. However, due to the unique nature of our products, our return policy is highly restrictive. Please read this carefully before making your purchase.

We are unable to accept returns for exchange or refund due to the uniquely intimate nature of our products. We do offer a fitting room for lingerie, and we will, with your permission, remove toys from their packaging in order to confirm that they work and that they are what you expect them to be, prior to your taking them home. The majority of our vendors warranty their products for defects for a minimum of 30 days. Toys — We are unable to accept returns on intimate toys. All vibrating toys will be tested with batteries before shipping to make sure they work to prevent our shipping you a defective toy. If the factory packaging does not permit our opening it without causing damage, we will replace unused defects returned to us within 30 days.
